Following on the successful Swine & Wine farm-to-table event held at the DD Ranch in 2014, we have created what is sure to be another crowd-pleaser.
This year, our farm-to-table dinner highlights a few of our favorite things. Our guest chef has developed the menu around our 100% grass-fed and finished rib steak. He’s also going to use our wonderful DD Ranch honey. Plus, our friends at McMenamins are taking our hops grown here on the ranch and are brewing a special batch of beer – just for the occasion!
If the weather permits, we will dine al fresco near the pond.
The evening will include live music.
Our friends at Maragas Winery will sell their wonderful wine.
