GRASS FED BEEF
DD Ranch is located near Smith Rock State Park in Terrebonne, Oregon.
We raise grass fed and finished beef - without hormones, antibiotic feed, nor additives. We value organic standards and raise our animals with that in mind.
Our pastures are free from chemical herbicides, pesticides, and fertilizers.
We raise Hereford, Red and Black Angus, and Simmental cattle. Most are born and raised on the ranch and spend their entire lives grazing on pasture.

What even is a CSA?

CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture. It's a subscription way of buying from a farm or ranch that benefits the customer and rancher.​ It benefits the rancher with production planning, and predictable income, and builds connections with the local community.​​​​​​

How it works:
1. You will select a base subscription from the boxes offered. (i.e. 5 lbs of ground beef).
2. Select your schedule
3. Select your pickup location
4. Your subscription purchase unlocks all other items at 10% off. priced at 10% below retail.

Low Minimum Order:
Every subscription begins with a low minimum order requirement (boxes priced $50-$75) and receive a 10% off of all “add on” items in the private store.

We have 2 options - we choose the cuts for you (standard cut sheet) or you choose the cuts (custom cut sheet)
Standard cut sheet 1/8 & 1/4

If you want more predictability, we offer 1/8 and 1/4 beef whereby we provide you a standard cut sheet from the butcher. You will get a portion of all parts of the animal.

We offer 1/4, 1/2 and whole beef where you may choose your own cuts straight from the butcher.

Priced at the hanging weight.

Packaged meat will be 60-70% of hanging weight.

Average hanging weight on whole beef is 550-750 lbs.

1/4 = $7/lb, 1/2 = $6.75/lb, whole = $6.50/lb

To reserve your share, you will make a deposit in our store ($250 on 1/4, $500 on 1/2 and $1,000 on whole)

With our location in Terrebonne, Oregon we provide Grass Fed Beef throughout Central Oregon including Bend, Redmond, Sisters, Prineville, Sunriver, Terrebonne, Powell Butte, Eagle Crest, La Pine, and Madras, Oregon.
Also, we serve Grass Fed Beef to the Willamette Valley, Oregon.
