WEDDING VENUE

A DAY TO REMEMBER

Enjoy our picturesque barn as the backdrop to your wedding reception and stunning Smith Rock for the view behind your wedding ceremony, DD Ranch offers the perfect setting.

WEDDING INFORMATION

​Ceremony: set up in the grassy area next to our barn - either facing Smith Rock or our dock/pond

​

Reception: the dance floor (with lighting set up) are in front of the barn. Tables and chairs can be set up in many different layouts around the dance floor.  

​

Food service: serving line is set up in the barn. We have a sink, hot plate, large commercial refrigerator, freezer space and coolers if needed. 

​

Vendors: you may choose whomever you like for florist, caterer, photographers, DJ, band, etc. 

​

Bride’s Room: Rustic décor with mirrors, chairs, outlets, heat/AC, toys for young children

​

Bathrooms: – 3 porta potties, 1 outhouse and 1 double hand washing station

​

Noise Ordinance: Please note that there is a 10:00 PM noise ordinance in Deschutes County. Music must be shut off at that time. Guests may linger to mingle after that time, however.

​

Time: 

  • Friday – set up and walk through rehearsal, wrap up by 8/9 pm

  • Saturday – all day 

  • Sunday – clean up - by end of day

  • NOTE: The wedding party is responsible for set up and clean up.

ITEMS AVAILABLE FOR USE

  • Rustic Wedding Arch 

  • 25 six foot tables, 7 eight foot tables

  • Wine barrels (4)

  • Rustic barn doors (for decoration)​

  • Approximately 200 chairs

  • Lighting strung out to wine barrels in front of barn (setup by DD Ranch included) 

  • Straw bales - may be used for seating and/or decoration – Weather permitting, as a drought may make straw bales unavailable

  • Dance floor

  • Inside  bar 

  • Picnic Tables

  • Metal “bistro” tables and chairs

  • Rustic farm décor (wagon wheels, antique milk cans, wooden crates, etc)

  • Miscellaneous decorations such as cupcake stands, votive candles, burlap wrapped mason jars, burlap table runners and wooden rounds.

  • Antique furniture (may be used outside)

  • 4 - 10x20 white tents (must be staked out). 

We Offer Grass Fed Beef 

With our location in Terrebonne, Oregon we provide Grass Fed Beef throughout Central Oregon including Bend, Redmond, Sisters, Prineville, Sunriver, Terrebonne, Powell Butte, Eagle Crest, La Pine, and Madras, Oregon.

 

Also, we serve Grass Fed Beef to the Willamette Valley, Oregon.
